As you would be reading in the paper and on the Covid SA webpage there is a Parafield cluster Covid 19 health alert. Anyone who visited the locations listed on the contract tracing webpage during the listed times must self-quarantine immediately for 14 days and seek testing. If you or a client is impacted by the requirement to self-quarantine or if you or your client are displaying symptoms, in line with previous advice, during the response to the COVID 19  situation you or your clients may wish to cancel an event booked in EzyReg. In these instances please contact the bookings office in writing to inform them of the circumstances of the cancellation and a refund will be organised. E.g.

  • The student/AE has to self-isolate themselves
  • They have flu like symptoms
  • They have COVID 19

Include in the email client name, client number and test date and time of the booking that will need to be refunded.

This process has been implemented in response to the unique circumstances of the COVID 19 virus. Do not cancel the booking via your EzyReg account otherwise the bookings team cannot process a refund.

The latest direction from the State Disaster Coordinator did not effect driver training however, in accordance with previous directions you must keep records of attendance at public activities. Copies of the templates if you don’t already have them are available from the links below.
